Market Breadth Ratios gave us a ADD signal

The Market Breadth Ratios gave us a signal to add more money to our portfolio.
What does this mean? This indicates that the short term correction may be coming to an end and the general market could possibly make new highs.

Shallow correction in a BULL Market is an opportunity to buy growth stocks

The growth stocks chart patterns show we are going through a shallow correction. As things stand today, this correction should not turn into a BEAR market.
Since we are in a BULL market, this shallow correction is an opportunity to buy growth stocks.
Looking at the Market Breadth Ratios data we see that the 5 day ratio has improved from yesterday. However the 10 day ratio did not improve from yesterday. We should keep on watching this data to see what the Market is telling us.

When will this Market correction be over?

The correction should come to an end within about 2 weeks, if it is going to be a shallow correction.
Sometimes corrections are deep and sometimes they turn into a bear market.
Watching the small cap ETF (IWM) and the Market Breadth Ratios should tell us what scenario we will end up with.
If the oscillator on IWM turns up within the next two weeks and the Market Breadth Ratios improve, we will have a shallow correction and an excellent opportunity to buy long positions.
The 5 day and the 10 day Market Breadth Ratios improved from yesterday. We should keep on watching and see what the Market tells us.

The market is going through a short term correction phase. The small cap stocks are showing a clear sign of short term correction. The major BULL (up) cycle is still intact. This phase should give us a chance to build positions in some growth stocks. Till we get a signal that the major BULL (up) cycle has ended, we should build long positions in growth stocks. Long positions are trades where one buys stocks expecting it to go up in price.
